The former Carlton AFL player came to the club in 2019 and has been in the leadership group ever since 2020

Playing as a utlity Fields is known for his booming left foot kick and has kicked 57 goals in Sharks colours.

Southport Coach Steve Daniel said, “It’s a terrific achievement by Tom to play 50 games for the Sharks.”

“The contribution he has made to the club both on and off the field, has been nothing short of exceptional.”
